These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to SMS text messages sent and received by Northern Rogue Technologies Inc. ("Northern Rogue," "we," "our," or "us") through Microsoft Teams-enabled phone numbers or other business SMS services used by Northern Rogue.
This SMS service is used for conversational person-to-person communications between you and Northern Rogue employees. It is intended for service-related, support-related, account-related, scheduling-related, and operational communications. Northern Rogue does not use this SMS service for bulk marketing campaigns, mass promotional messaging, or automated advertising campaigns.
By providing your mobile phone number to Northern Rogue, agreeing to receive SMS messages from us, replying to an SMS message from us, or otherwise using SMS to communicate with us, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
1. Types of SMS Messages You May Receive
You may receive SMS messages from Northern Rogue related to:
• Service desk and technical support communications
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Technician arrival, site visit, or service coordination
• Follow-up questions related to active support requests or service matters
• Account, service, billing, or operational communications
• One-to-one security or service-related communications sent by Northern Rogue staff in relation to active support, service, or account matters
• Other business communications related to services Northern Rogue provides or coordinates
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of SMS messages you receive will depend on your relationship with Northern Rogue, active support requests, scheduled appointments, service coordination needs, and other business communications. You may receive multiple messages during an active support request or service engagement, and you may receive no messages when there is no active need to communicate with you by SMS.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages depending on your wireless plan. Northern Rogue is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Northern Rogue, you consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from Northern Rogue.
You may opt in to SMS communications by providing your mobile number to Northern Rogue and agreeing to receive text messages, by communicating with Northern Rogue staff by SMS, or by otherwise confirming that SMS is an acceptable communication method for you.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Northern Rogue at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message from us.
After you opt out, we may send one additional SMS message to confirm that your opt-out request has been processed. After that, we will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number unless you opt in again or reply START to resume SMS communications.
Because this SMS service is used for one-to-one person-to-person communications, opt-out requests may apply to the specific conversation, employee, or phone number associated with the SMS thread.
Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent Northern Rogue from contacting you by other permitted methods, such as email or phone, where appropriate for service, support, account, operational, security, compliance, or legal purposes.

7. Privacy
Northern Rogue respects your privacy. Information collected through SMS communications may be used to communicate with you, provide technical support, coordinate services, respond to inquiries, manage appointments, maintain business records, process opt-in and opt-out requests, and administer services we provide.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent information, and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Message Delivery
SMS message delivery is subject to mobile carrier networks and other factors outside Northern Rogue's control. SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Northern Rogue is not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered SMS messages.
9. Supported Carriers
SMS communications may not be available through all mobile carriers or in all locations. Availability may depend on your carrier, wireless plan, device, and network coverage.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms & Conditions
Northern Rogue may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of SMS communications with Northern Rogue after changes are posted means you accept the updated SMS Terms & Conditions.
