Where Northern Rogue sends commercial electronic messages, including email or SMS messages that are commercial in nature, Northern Rogue will do so in accordance with applicable anti-spam laws.

This may include obtaining express or implied consent where required, identifying Northern Rogue as the sender, providing contact information, and including a working unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism where required.

Northern Rogue does not use Microsoft Teams SMS for bulk marketing campaigns, mass promotional messaging, or automated advertising campaigns.
